Privacy Policy

Kicklash (the "game") is a multiplayer mobile football game. This page explains what data we process and why.

Data we collect

• Account ID: On first launch we create a random ID and session key (guest account). If you sign in with Google or Apple, the anonymous user ID provided by that service is linked to your account; we do not receive your name or email.
• Player name: The display name you choose. It is shown to other players.
• Game data: Match results, your rating (ELO), win/loss counts, leave counts and match history.
• Technical data: Server connection logs keep your IP address for a short time (to prevent abuse). If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report with the error text, app version, platform and language is sent.
• Reports: If you report a player, the reporting and reported account IDs and the reason are stored.

What we do not collect

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or advertising IDs. There are no ads, we do not sell your data and we use no third-party tracking or analytics tools. In-game chat consists of preset short messages only.

How we use data

Only to run the game (matchmaking, rating, leaderboards), keep it safe and fix bugs.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account; your name, ratings and linked sign-in methods are removed. Old match records keep only an anonymous ID number so other players' history stays intact. IP logs are kept for at most 30 days.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf. If you sign in with Google or Apple, only that service's authentication is used.
